I feel just overall terrible. My health is in the shithole, and I’m blaming my job. I feel dizzy and have an uneasy stomach all the time. I’m not getting any protein.  My body is breaking down and I feel like crap. I can’t sleep at the right time. I’m tired and not happy anymore.
